Cancellation Policy

Airbnb & Residential Cleaning Services Cancellation Policy Should you wish to skip or cancel a scheduled service appointment, please provide Lucid Cleaning with a 48 hours notice of cancellation.(2 business days) The following fees apply to cancellations: >Two business days or more (48 hours) NO cancellation fee >Within the two business days window notice or you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. >Within one business day notice (24 hours) you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. You may put your scheduled cleaning on hold without a fee or penalty, provided that we are given notice as described above. COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY You can cancel anytime with a 2 week notice . We DONOT lock you down with long-term contracts or committments.
